Original Artworks – Shipping Process

1. Preparing Artwork for Shipping


  • Once you purchase an original artwork, it will be carefully packaged to ensure its safe transport. I typically use DHL / UPS courier services, and it takes approximately 2–3 business days to arrange pickup.

  • Each package is registered with a tracking number and fully insured.

  • You’ll receive a notification with your tracking number once the courier picks up your parcel.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please feel free to get in touch if you'd like an estimate for your specific destination.

      

2. Standard Worldwide Shipping


  • I offer free flat-rate worldwide shipping for all original artworks to most of world locations. Delivery usually takes between 5–10 working days, depending on your location.

Please note:

  • Shipping is free, but local taxes and customs duties (outside the EU) are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Artworks are shipped to select countries. More details are available at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact me directly to arrange shipping - additional charges may apply depending on your location.


3. Estimated Delivery Times


  • UK: 3–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–8 business days

  • Rest of the World: up to 15 business days

  • Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours of purchase.
    Returns – Original Artworks
    We do accept returns on original artworks, provided they are returned in undamaged condition.

    • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

    • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

    • We’re happy to assist with customs paperwork—just contact us.

5. Work Installation & Aftercare

Unless otherwise agreed, artworks are shipped unframed.

Please note:

  • All pieces are created with high-grade professional materials, but we recommend handling your piece with care.

  • Avoid direct sunlight exposure to preserve the color and integrity of your artwork over time.

Prints & Merchandise (Non-Signed)

1. I use Gelato Print on Demand for all non-signed prints and merchandise.

  • Shipping rates for these items are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping location.

  • Gelato partners with local printers whenever possible to reduce delivery times, shipping costs, and environmental impact.

  • Estimated delivery times and final shipping fees will be displayed before you confirm your order.

2. Returns & Refunds – Gelato Products

Since Gelato products are made to order, we I not offer returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged,

  • There is a printing error, or

  • You receive the wrong item.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the problem. I will work with Gelato to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please double-check your order details (such as size, colour, and shipping address) before finalising your purchase, as I cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or user error.
